Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I am now a happy Californian.  I currently hold a Director level position in sales for a publisher.  I've spent the past two decades diving deep into professional development for myself and my team and believe that we all have the power to transform. With the right support and tools we are all capable of becoming our best versions of ourselves.

Hele means "whole" in Dutch and "to move" in Hawaiian (and just happens to combine the names of my children - Henry and Lennon!).  My goal in coaching is to help you recognize that you have been created whole and have the ability to move forward as you choose.  Sounds simple?  I know it's not!  

In addition to my full-time position and work in coaching, I'm a wife and mother of two (13 and 8).  As a family we are passionate about living life to the fullest.  You'll find us skiing, hiking, golfing, surfing, and generally enjoying the outdoors in all forms.
